In the classes you will be able to feel how your body can lower its nervous activity and reconnect movement circuits that make it possible to free thoughts and focus on sensory-perceptual sensations.
By bringing your attention to the parts of your body that you are moving, the levels of consciousness increase, the mind relaxes and balances, leading to a good rest.
